Incoherent mess

This is the most undigestable incoherent mess I've ever had the displeasure of listening to. After listening for three hours I just couldn't take it anymore. First, it spends over an HOUR talking about how amazingly awesome and insightful this book is, repeating the same points over and over in slightly different variations. That's the entire theme of this book is repeating a few points over and over. If you are at all seasoned as a martial artist, you will get nothing from this. After spending an agonizing amount of time praising itself, it goes on to tell the most brain dead basic information anybody who's even slightly seasoned or serious would know. It talks about not lying, how martial arts uses science, extremely basic information like that. It rambles on so incoherently if there is any useful information, it's completely buried in ramblings. The souless monotone voice of the ai just enhances these problems.
