Deciding to go on his Rumspringa later in life, he is met with an unusual quest to complete during his stay in the city. Katie is a woman who has forgotten her roots and seems lost on her own path. She has fallen for a man who controls every aspect of her life. Could a chance encounter remind her of who she really is and what she desires from life? Author Note: With this short story, I wanted to write a quiet story that dealt with the many definitions of loss.
