Thinking about how much God loves us, how patient He is, how slow to anger, I got the notion to write about second chances, the ones we should offer to others and the all-important second chance Jesus provided for us all, nailed up on that cross.

What follows are three novellas, each exploring the concept of second chances, but otherwise unconnected. In one, a couple rekindles their high school romance. Another explores two broken people who need to accept God’s healing in order to commit to each other. Finally, an older couple must overcome a crisis in their marriage just in a time of their lives when they should be powerful forces for spreading God’s goodness.

I hope you enjoy these stories as much as I enjoyed telling them. Read them in whatever order you like, but please read them with the concept of forgiveness in mind.

His Last Chance

Life happens to Dakota, just like everyone else. So, when she finally finds a best friend and even a handsome boyfriend, it's no surprise when Dakota's dad announces that the military family must move yet again.
