Poetry is a beautiful way to express myself. It’s a way to tell the world what’s going on in my mind and heart so that other people can understand me better. In this collection I use words in a way that create pictures in my mind or put my feelings into words that others can understand better than if they were just listening to me talk.
In a world where we are often pressured to conform to societal norms, poetry is a form of rebellion. It can be a way to explore the parts of ourselves that we hide from the world. When I write in prose, I describe what happened or what I think about something. when I write poetry, I can go deeper into my inner experiences and feelings. With poems, I can express myself
a way to process feelings, work through difficult experiences, and gain new insight into myself. Through writing poems, I can examine my thoughts and feelings from different angles and perspectives. discover things about myself that I had not previously been aware of.
