Scripture of Attaining Tao through Body Perfection (De Dao Liao Shen Jing), attributed to the Emperor of Taoist Jade Purity, Yuan Shi, leads alchemy practitioners through an integration of the three-dimensional manifestation Microcosm with an External Universe centered around them.
