I’ve faced many battles in my life. I have survived eight heart operations, four of which were open-heart surgeries. I have nearly died on the operating table three times, and I was repeatedly told I would never physically excel...and yet, after much blood, sweat, tears, and prayer, I fulfilled an unimaginable childhood dream! The fact that I’m still alive and well and have achieved what I was told would be impossible is a journey I believe needs to be shared. My story is one of faith, healing, and, above all, hope.
