In 1866 the border between the US and Mexico is a hotbed of gunrunners, mercenaries, and the emperor of Mexico's spies, saboteurs, and double agents. SAVAGE TEXAS

This is another western adventure from William Johnstone. It is good. Not as good as the books about Smoke , Matt, and Luke but still good. There is alot of action. This is my first book about Sam Heller and Johnny Cross. This book is also in graphic audio. Kevin Orton does a good job narrating this book.

Terrific Storyline

This was an outstanding book, filled with great characters and very little filler. if it was an actual book, every page would have been thrilling in its own right.
