Sara Fischer leaves home to enjoy her Rumspringa and set out to see what life ‘out there’ has in store for her. It’s her time to discover who she is, what she wants, and who she wants to be. But self-discovery isn’t always easy, or pain free. And sometimes, it can break more than your spirit, it can break your heart.

And for a young woman full of dreams and seeking her path, the riches of life on the beach in Florida look to provide all the experiences she could want, yet maybe more than what she might be ready for.

For becoming an adult means not just making good decisions, but responsible ones after you’ve made mistakes you never meant to make. Amish life is simple, but English life can offer so much more. If that’s what Sara decides she wants.

But it’s not so much the ‘what’ she wants, as it is the ‘who’. And Sara must now choose her feelings, or what she knows is right, if only she can tell the difference or find a sign that will do it for her.
