Discover his church in Ars, and venerate his incorrupt body; discover his confessional, the rectory he lived in, his bed the devil set afire, the shrine to his incorrupt heart, and the altar where our lady appeared to him and where he was healed through the intercession of St. Philomena. See the school and orphanage he founded. Relive with us the difficulty he had becoming a priest, and the struggle to turn the little town of Ars into a religious town, by closing down four taverns and focusing the people on the one church. Learn about the many people who came from all over France, including royalty and princes of the church, to have him hear their confessions and give them absolution.
