Cannot stand the narrator!!
This is a good story to read, Safe House and Liberated. I haven't read the third installment yet. Since they were so good to read, I assumed the audio would be great too...WRONG!!! Pepper, WTH! The narrator has little to no feeling in her voice, Flint does not sound attractive at all! He sounds like he's the exact opposite! And Kendra does not sound like she reads at all! And can we please get some intonation and enthusiasm!!!
Dez does her job with writing this short but the narrator does nothing to make the story sexy or hot or remotely enticing!! It's like she's reading the phone book!
Makes me sad to listen to the rest of the series!

Not that hot!
Ok...now I am a huge Burke and Laramie duo fan...but....I think Burke miss the mark on this one. I totally loved the motorcycle club thing...but it was boring! C'mon! Really Burke? First the (h) could have been a great character but, she just fell flat being cooped up in a cabin throughout the entire story. Then the tough badass biker....well he just wasn't! He was hurt so maybe that's why...but it's a mc book...give me some biker action with that dose of angst please.... the smexy time was ehnn..so so...
This was just ok...not that Burke charm...but Laramie was on point...
Maybe a sale, not worth a credit or buy...

It's alright
This book is not very long. I'm used to a 9-10 hour book that completes a story and the next book starts a new one with more people from the same group but different issue. I felt like the book was just getting going then it was over.

I really liked this book and would recommend this book to other readers of BWWM romance. Great sexual storylines and great storylines period.
