It leads to stress which is unproductive so you deal with situations as they arise. If anyone upsets you, you deal with that in the moment so that you can let go of anger. Breathtaking & I am supposed to breathe!!!
I find this to be VERY relaxing & also enlightening. Not sure how or why I came across this, but I know that I was supposed to. ENOUGH said for a SCORPIO lime myself. Great feeling!

Somewhat Dissapointed!
Would you try another book from Sunny Oye and/or Richard Johnson?
I downloaded this thinking it was more about how a Scorpio can fulfill potential! Instead it was a meditation! I think the title is misleading! its not totally bad but I wasted a credit on it! They could have added more about how the characteristics of a Scorpio sign could reach one's potential! Come on Sunny Oye!
