Enjoyed the characters and their growth. The story definitely has a mystery, action and drama. What I didn’t like is the cliffhanger.

Ruthless Promise by Em Petrova was an excellent read! Its the first book in the Unbroken Brotherhood Series.
Colton is a special forces soldier that loses his best friend, Forest, in combat. He made Forest a promise to help his sister, Meadow, on his family ranch.
The story has twists & turns but is very engaging.

Do not like virtual reading

One thing this book has taught me, if I see anything that says virtual reader, I won’t buy it. The voice is very monotone no change in anything just a straight read, which I don’t like.
