Brady Bell
I am a spiritual person who has spent the majority of my life trying to figure out the secrets to life. I realized one day that I wouldn't be able to figure out the secrets to life if I haven't figured out who I am or why I am the way I am.
This book is my reflection on some of the most pivotal points in my life, where my mind repented in how it views the world through the acceptance of varying emotional states. This book is my story. It is the bible of me. The book of Brady Bell.
If you look below the surface of my words and open your mind to a deeper meaning to what I am saying, you will find what I am trying to convey. Which is, what I have found to be, a way of being. My way. My life. My truth.

To hear his stories in his own voice and learn his lessons through this book is a true treasure that has had profound impact on my mindset through this transformative chapter of my own life.
This book is his Epic Poem. It’s his Odyssey. Bell tells the tales of his battles with his own sea monsters, cyclops, etc. But Odysseus’s Epic is just that, it’s epic. Bell is real, flawed, and raw. The monsters he faced in his story, in his life, are not so fantastical. They’re authentically human. They’re relatable to any reader in some form.
The book reads almost conversationally, especially when listening to the audio book.
In fact, he is so genuine in his writing that it doesn’t feel like reading a book at all.
Have you ever met a friend for coffee and ended up talking about anything and everything for so long that suddenly the coffee shop is closing the barista is trying to wipe down the tables but you were just so enthralled by conversation that you didn’t even realize the sun went down 3 hours ago? It feels like that.
Although, our monsters are often invisible and internal, we all have them. And to know you aren’t alone in the very human experience of fighting with your emotions is something that should be carried close to the heart, not taken for granted. It is in mental isolation that we most often find despair and Bell has a story that can connect with anyone. To make the most unique turmoil into a shared experience is to make it an easier experience. And Bell can do that for you in joining him on this Epic Journey.
And maybe you’ll something about your own story along the way.
I look forward to getting a physical copy and taking a myriad of notes in my re-read.
Thanks Brady.
Genuinely Transformative
