We all have them…we all have certain rules, routines, guidelines, promises, reminders, vows, constitutionals, etc. that we structure our lives by. Many are even subconscious, but we surround ourselves daily with these promises to ourselves and others which help us maintain order amidst the high-speed world that surrounds us. I decided to write some down that I have done my best to follow.
