Daneel sits on the throne, but the kingdom he just saved is one spark from burning.
On day one as King, Daneel binds the oathstone and turns back an army at his gates—but Axelor isn’t the only threat.
Sect assassins, a smiling Church, and serpent-blooded schemers circle for the kill while the Dragon Heart formation rumbles beneath the palace.
Across the border, the neighboring Elvish kingdom hurtles toward a decisive election—an opening to meddle that could secure the very power that dictates Lanthanor’s trade and prices… or ignite a backlash fierce enough to break his crown.
Linked to thousands by oath and flanked by commanders Cassandra, Aran, and Luther, Daneel must outwit enemies at the border and purge rot within: nobles who weaponized the law, a court that forgot justice, and three powers demanding their captives back.
Then a secret library awakens—a sentient Empire Spirit that will reveal civilization-shaping knowledge only if Daneel can raise the people’s satisfaction with their ruler.
War or diplomacy? Mercy or ruthlessness? If he fails, Lanthanor falls. If he succeeds, he forges more than a reign—he sparks the beginning of an Empire.
About the series: 'Rule or Die' is the official, re-written, and polished version of the critically acclaimed webnovel enjoyed by millions. With over 2 million words and still continuing, it delivers LitRPG elements including a powerful exclusive system, weak-to-strong progression, innovative magic system, kingdom-building, and isekai power progression.

it still has all the expected variable mispronunciation, syllable mistakes, sloppy stat reviews, spelling out Abbreviations - seriously E-L-F race? oy vey!, inconsistent character name pronunciations, one character voice fits all, etc. even in the title it proclaims "dee" not "die", and many idioms don't translate cleanly
the story is still meh. still barely engaging and entertaining. not sure if a real Narrator could help. they would have to be really good.
like grit under the tongue
