So inspired and excited to travel

I've been to a lot of national parks on the west coast since I grew up in California. But I haven't done a lot of the rest of the country yet. This book got me excited to check out some of the places I've been wanting to go to for a long time. I now have clarity on what my itinerary will be and which are my top choice places. Perfect for nature lovers.

With my dad newly retired and a 4-year-old who thinks "hiking" is walking to the mailbox, planning a family trip that pleases everyone feels a bit like trying to herd cats. I picked up Rocky Mountain Wonders on a whim, and it managed to bridge the gap between my ambitious daydreams and our family's reality.
