This is the second book for Damien and Lorri, it really compliment their writing styles together. It’s bite size wisdom and easy to access techniques to help in daily life and spiritual practice.

Taught me how to meditate

Damien and Lorri saved my sanity by helping me to learn how to meditate with their simple rituals and visualizations. I have both the book and the audio. I was never good at sitting meditation but I am good at visualizing things and that turned out to be the key, thanks to this book.

An easy listen

Though there is nothing in here that has not been covered in previous books, there is a resonance about listening to Damien and his wife reading this book together that really struck me . This is for someone that is looking for a different take on relationship magick.
