Return to Faith

Anne Raber thought she had it all. She had decided to be baptized into the community, and she was engaged to a wonderful young man from her community named John Mast. However, it all comes crashing down when John decides to end the engagement just a month and a half before the wedding.

Anne is absolutely devastated. With her faith suddenly in ruins, she feels she has no choice but to run away to the Englischer world. Since she was not officially baptized before doing so, the community is still an option in the future, should she feel the need to come back.

After two years, she has not felt that need. Not until Larry Roads, her new boyfriend, wants to meet her family. She also feels that something is missing from her life and feels that a return to the Amish community would be nice.

Her arrival in the Amish community with an Englischer dredges up the memories of that ruined engagement, and she is surprised to learn that John has also returned.

With old and new feelings in her heart, can Anne decide where she belongs and who has stolen her heart?
