Loving these Bastards

I absolutely loved the adventure that these two lovers had. I also love animals of any kind in a story, the birds here are so unique and majestic.

Rowen was the triplet brother of Rook and Reed. This one has many twist and turns. Lady Cordelia kept him on his toes. The narrator did a great job.

Great story and narrator

***Do not judge this book by its cover!*** Which has a pretty ugly guy on it.( in my opinion sure they could've done better).
It's a great story! Love how the brothers have each others back even though they don't always see things the same way.
And Narrator: Brian J Gill does a great job!

Restless Sea Lord

Rowan having been born a triplet, believed to be a bad omen, was wisked away by his aunt after his mother died giving birth. She did so because his father the king was going to kill all three babies.
I loved how he was raised by his aunt and her husband up until the husban decided to let it slip that they weren't their actual parents. When he ran to fight his real father he ended up with a pirate. all three brother's being raised separately..
Rowan ran the sea and instead of keeping the goods for himself he gave it to the people of Scotland. He fell hard for Cordelia and he tried his best to protect her from his men on his ship.
In the end I loved that he got what he alwsys wanted the HEA.

A Romance you can only dream of

Again Ms Rose delivers a FIVE star story full of Romance , suspense and a daring Pirate that will have you wishing you were in Cordie's place...sigh.. first of three books in the "Bastards of the crown 👑 series. I can't wait to dive into the other two!

Unfortunately, I could not connect with the characters in this book. The storyline itself is fine but I didn't care for any of the characters. And it didn't help that the historical aspect of the story wasn't always accurate. It might just be me but I do like historical stories because they give you some insight into life long gone. If they are correct. I did, however, enjoy the narration. Brian J. Gill did an excellent job.
