Not a favorite

This was a hard read for me. There were a lot of great characters & creatures in this one. I had a hard time keeping up with the world building & to what group the characters belonged to. Some groups were enemies & some were allies. Some had more powers than others and it was a lot to remember & sort as reading. What I did manage to get out of it was that Malachite led a group in a doomed war against a fallen angel named Apostate who managed to keep his abilities. They had to find the mysterious world of Raqui & align the 2 realms. Afterwards they had to open the gates of Goloroth so many others could escape. A lot of magical spells & different races. Too much to keep up with for me. This story is not on my favorite list.
