This book raises a lot of questions that we do not often find the words to express. Thank you.

The author is a religious person

I started to hate listening to this and couldn’t get past chapter 4 (didn’t even finish that). I think the author is irresponsible when it comes to psychiatric medications. She seems to think they do not have value, and that natural remedies, and spiritual practices are all that a person with mental illness needs. I am so disappointed I bought this, (at least it was on sale)!
