Absolutely Love!
I originally purchased this as an app and was seriously sad that when I upgraded I lost it. So much so that I upgraded my kiddos phone and used the old one for the app. I have refused to upgrade the OS just so I could keep the app. Needless to say I was ecstatic when I found it on Audioable. I love this version even more because can play it for over an hour and fall asleep listening. I miss the aloha beta waves version but the sound as chapters more than makes up for it. This is seriously a great happiness to have it back in my life. Thank you!!!

I had high hopes for this guided tape.. Forget it. his voice has little relaxing properties and if it was not for the music this tape would not relax you at all. There just is nothing nice to say about this.. :(

Painful to listen to
I bought a couple books didn’t like any of them.The echoing is not relaxing at all.. I was very disappointed in this book.
