A hopeful and heartwarming message

This was a kind and gentle reminder that no matter how many people you've lost or even though Christmas celebrations may no longer be the way they were because of it, you can still find peace, love, and laughter in this festive season.

It is up to us to look within and realize how much we have to be grateful for, find ways to connect with others (in person or online), and try to spread a little light. More often than not, our own light will find others', and together we'll shine even brighter. Merry Christmas.

How you find the joy of the season within yourself

This was a heartwarming listen on Christmas morning, and gave me the biggest smile. I identified with quite a bit of it. “… joy and contentment and togetherness within yourself. And with this then you spread joy like light to other people.” This, plus how our internal dialogue molds our reality or at least the lens through which we see it.
