Jake the Flame lived his life in sin. He pushed everyone who cared about him away with his selfishness and greed. Ash offered Jake a job he couldn't refuse as a member of the Elite Guard, a group of warrior angels charged with protecting Ash and the balance between heaven and hell. This could be Jake's only chance at redemption, and he took it.

While learning to do his job and keeping an eye on the next potential Guard, Jake learns where his place in hell really is.

Shelly is the leader of Greed, and Jake is on her list. She wants him, and not just in her realm of hell. She is driven by jealousy to mark him and make sure no one doubts who he belongs to.

A group of human Satan worshipers is not happy with the new rule in hell and is determined to see the gateway between hell and Earth opened. They will stop at nothing to get what they want, even if it means kidnapping a demon, the leader of Greed, and using her blood for their evil endeavors. Will Jake learn to embrace his new power and the growing feelings he has for Shelly? Will he be able to find her before it's too late?

4 Smokin' Hot Star... Literally

First I loved it, second the wit dang I love wit in my books.

This is a first by author and narrator and I want more. So will you.

I can see its a series I don't feel like I am missing any of the story per say just wanting to know what happened before for sure.

Jake gets a unique proposition become something he isn't sure of or go on to heaven or hell. Ash the angel is funny and mysterious you get the gist you don't want to be on his bad side.
Jake ha to come to terms with his new self, and its kind of fun to listen to.

He meets some fun loving characters.. yes that was sarcasm, Shelly is a demon and they have some explosive chemistry oh the barbs they fling is total foreplay!!

OMG when Jake get drunk... I can't even you guys it was to funny.
As you can see I enjoyed this story more then most.

Worth reading Hell Yes.

I love Ash, and I love this series...now we have Jake on the team, and Jake is a bit of a loose cannon....but I think he is going to fit in just right! Ash has a lot ahead of him I think..and I cant wait for book 4!!

If you could sum up Redemption in three words, what would they be?

Smoking hot fireman

Who was your favorite character and why?

Ash is normally my favorite character that I can't get enough of but Jake is so amazing. I wish I could watch this series as a TV series. So I could watch and see the smoking hot guys fall in love and fight evil with their shirts off. All the while being reminded that God loves us and their is redemption for all of souls.

What does Miles Taylor bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

I don't think I've ever listened to an narrator that can deliver over and over again. The hot-tie guy voice that unconditionally loves his woman and protects her from anything again and again. Who is really a teddy bear inside for said woman. He really has a serious talent for it.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes and I want to listen to them all over again.

The author has a running theme of redemption in her series that is very heart touching. She has an amazing talent for the paranormal and romance. That she some how she gets her message out to us. As we are swept along in the story line that no one no matter what nobody is unloved by god our father. In book 1 I was surprised but in book 2 and 3 I was listening for it. Personally I could never get enough of her writing. She has drama, romance, the paranormal and a message that I know I needed in my life also.
She is just simply amazing. Thank you for sharing your world with us. Big Hugs.

I love this series!!
All the different characters are HOT in their own special way. They are all interesting characters. I will be following this series.

Becoming an Elite Guard!

I received this audio from the author/narrator at no charge in exchange for an honest and unbiased review through Audiobook Blast.

This is the third story in the Keepers of Hell series and this story is about Jake. Jake died and Ash comes and offers him a job as an Elite Guard. Jake not really knowing what will happen to him takes Ash up on his offer. Jake felt like he would go to Hell anyway so why not work for Ash and he soon finds himself and love. This was a very funny story and at times I laughed out load. I think the funniest part was when Ash thinks it's time to train Jake and show him women can fight as good as any man can. When Ash decides it's his turn at Jake, Ash lights up with fire and Jake puts it out. Ash gets so mad at him and tells him to never stop his fire ever. Of course, Elizabeth, Ash's wife saves the day. Jake meets Shelly who is the leader of greed and Shelly thought Jake was assigned to her but she's wrong but she's determined to have him anyway and gives Jake a mating mark which helps Jake later on in the story. This is a must read and you'll love it.
Miles Taylor has outdone himself again. Another great performance by him. He brings this story to life and feel his performance was perfect. This is my favorite audio thus far and I can't wait to hear the 4th story. Miles did a great job with the drunk episode and the training scenes. Another perfect 5 star performance!

Fun Paranormal Fantasy Despite Flaws

Antonio. Antonio is the comic relief of the series.

Yes it was a fun listen.

As with the other books of the series, there were loose ends and incomplete explanations.

For example who blew up the church and why wasn't Ash even interested in finding out and going after the perpetrators. With how protective Ash is of his sister, the church gets blown up during his sister's wedding and Ash never questions who and why the church was bombed? This makes no sense.

Jake the firefighter who is Ash's new recruit and Jake's interactions with Shelly the demon of greed were hilarious.

Again I would of gladly given this book 4 instead of only 3 stars overall if not for the loose ends and incomplete explanations as it is a really fun and enjoyable series. Can't wait for the next book in the series to become available in audio format.
