"The Preacher" Nathan Ryder and his new wife, Grace, are finally on their way to Redemption to start their new life. With some old friends, a wealthy Eastern family, and a bunch of freed slaves, they've set out for the New Mexico Territory. The Santa Fe Trail is dangerous in the best of times, even for the most experienced wagon masters and scouts. Add a gunslinger determined to have a showdown with The Preacher to the normal dangers of the trail, and you have a recipe for adventure.
Shootouts, Easterners who refuse to learn to live in the West, Indians, and even trailside births all test every skill Nugget Nate taught Nathan. Can he overcome all obstacles and reach Redemption? If he does, will there even be a Redemption to arrive at? Or will his new enemy destroy any chance Nathan has of a peaceful life as a circuit-riding preacher? The answers can only be found on the Redeeming Trail.

![A Lone Star Christmas [Dramatized Adaptation] Audiolibro Por William W. Johnstone, J. A. Johnstone arte de portada](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51jsnAbU3XL._SL240_.jpg)

I was so happy to see that the narrator was the same! As I said in the review of George’s first book in this series, “As soon as the audiobook started, I was hooked! The rich deep western voice was like a mother’s melody to me! I was instantly transported and the words of this wonderful story came alive for me!” This tale finishes off where the last one ended! Finally, they are on the trail with a Wagon Train and the Preacher is the wagon master! But trouble follows him to New Mexico! All around the Sante Fe Trail there is conflict between the members of the Wagon Train as well as outlaws in the surrounding towns and forts! Keeping his wits about him the Preacher refers to the teaching from his Grandpa over and over again! We hear more prayers in this book but not as many people turn to put their faith in Christ! All of the new converts from the last book are on the Wagon Train so this story is about their walk and reliance on God in the midst of their daily lives! I can’t wait to read (or listen) to the next book in this series! Great job George!
Great Series!
