Rebuilding Muslim Nations

Time has come to rethink. Muslims need to rebuild their communities by instituting three major reforms. One, they must construct constitutional political institutions founded on the will of the people. Second, they must shun violence as a means of dispute resolution. Third, they must repudiate all forms of takfirization, declaring others to be non-Muslims or anti-Islam. Muslims must show respect for diverse religious beliefs within and without Islam.
