This is my favorite format for True Crime. Great narration, and crisp writing. Not too much commentary from relatives and emphasis on catching the murderer. No grainy recordings—the writer and the narration tell the story. No goofy commentary or banter. Impact on victims well-covered without over-reliance on endless testimony.

I feel odd saying this but I enjoy these stories, as much as anyone can. Narrated well and I feel there aren’t a lot of details left out.

Always enjoy

Being a fan of true crime, thought I would give this a try. Had to stop after the second story, which was full of inaccuracies. In speaking about the Louise Woodward case (where a British nanny shook a baby) they relied heavily on quotes from defense lawyes rather than on the testimony of physicians in regards to Abusive Head Trauma (previously known as “Shaken Baby Syndrome”). As a pediatrician with training in the field of child abuse, I can tell you that the reported injuries are absolutely consistent with Abusive Head Trauma. Unfortunately, their coverage of this case appeared to have some bias, perhaps owing to the fact that this was produced by a British company.

Inaccurate
