The apostle was reassuring these believers they were ready for the rapture!
The question to everyone alive in the 21st century is: Are you ready for the rapture? Those who reject the Gospel of Christ will receive God's punishment during the tribulation, which will be an unspeakably terrible experience. God provided an escape and antidote. His name is Jesus, the Christ (Messiah), the Savior of all mankind! All who accept him will be spared the well-deserved wrath of God when it is poured out in the "end times" when "there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth" as the world has never known.
