lovely narration

the story is a typical romance but it stands out due to the awesome English narration and performance of the story. I enjoyed listening and would love to hear more from this narrator. I also wanted more story at the end to keep going.

The gods must be steamy!

Overall fun fantasy romance with a bit of mystery. A goddess on the run, living in hiding; a gorgeous triton who will break down her walls and discover her truth. A well read and enjoyable diversion.

not my cup of tea vs. spa day all day long

The story? Definitely not my cup of tea—more like a cold brew I didn’t ask for. Just not the genre that gets me excited.

But the narrator? Spa day, all day. That voice was smooth, calming, and downright delightful. I couldn’t tell if they were British or American, but honestly, they could be from Mars and I’d still be chillin’. Just wish they were reading something I actually liked.

I liked how it blended immortal gods with mortals and used familiar areas like Scotland England etc.

Who knew you could have steamy and proper in the same story! Fun listen on a long road trip! The narration was really great! Took me right into the world!
