Dark Gunman:The story of a young black man, born to slaves, who become one of the most dangerous gunfighters in the West as he fights injustice. Barely grown, Linc Tyler leaves his home on a plantation in northeast Texas headed west. While Linc is camped alongside the road his first night he meets a white man who is a professional gunman. While they are traveling together for three days, Linc learns a skill that will change his life. That skill is how to use the gun hanging on his hip.Desperation # 1:In this three-part series, now all in one book by best-selling western author Jeff Breland, Cliff Brooks is desperate to pursue the kidnappers of his wife and daughters but first, he must escape the jail of a crooked sheriff who is trying to prevent him from doing so.Desperation # 2In this second part of a three-part series, after killing the outlaw who stole his .50-110 Sharp rifle merely by a stroke of luck, reclaiming the gun along with the ammunition, Cliff continues to follow the kidnappers' trail. He is unaware that Carl Shaw has sent four of his henchmen to bring him back. Also, unbeknown him, the henchmen's number is greatly reduced after they tangle with railroad police in Lordsburg.Desperation # 3:In this conclusion of a three-part series, now that he has trailed the kidnapper across the border, Cliff Brooks not only has to deal with the outlaw that he is tracking but the two on his back trail, tracking him. There will be a lot of bullets and bloodshed before this thing is over.Fastest Gunman in the West:This is a violent, but somewhat humorous story of J. T. Bonner. The aging gunman and good ole boy runs a one-man detective agency out of Tucson. He's more of a bounty hunter with highly developed investigation skills along with a fast gun. As far as everyone who has ever hear of him is concerned, he's the fastest gun in the West. So far, no one has lived to dispute that theory. The past-him-prime quick-draw artist is going to need all his skills now that he's received a cryptic telegram and a lot of money from the mayor of Angel's Crossing. According to the mayor, his town is being held captive by a gang of outlaws.Stagecoach to Hell:Otis Brady, Mark Robichaud’s best friend, is returning from Las Cruces by stage. The stage is not far from Wilcox when it is hit by bandits. The blood-thirsty killers shoot the driver, the guard, and two male passengers. Otis manages to escape and present a futile defense. Despite his efforts, they kidnap the only woman passenger with intentions of taking her to Mexico. Not long after the bandits set out across the open desert, Otis is on their tails with a borrowed horse and rifle.Gunfight at Burrow Creek: A Time-Travel Western: Return to the Old West:This is one wild and often humorous time-travel story. Best-selling western author Jeff Breland strays from his true-to-life western adventures to show us what might happen if a modern-day man were to stumble back into the 1880s. It also gives a very humorous account of what could happen if a man from the 1880s were to stumble into modern day time. He would definitely be mistaken for being insane and locked away. The story tells us how the man who stumbled into that previous time helps the man who wandered into the present to escape and return home. Many of the events are quite humorous while others can be downright frightening. There’s also a couple of outlaws to deal with.Apache Terror, Apache Terror: Massacre at Watchman Creek begins as a group of Comancheros deliver contraband to a renegade Indian named Black Wolf. Black Wolf is very pleased with the mules the Comancheros have brought him to sweeten the deal. The fact they killed the owners of the animals doesn't bother him nor the leader of the Comancheros. Now Black Wolf wants something even more valuable than the mules. The renegade leader wants white women and insists that the Comancheros help him in that effort. The final justice will not be pretty.
