Acerca de esta escucha

The 5th Book in the Pharaoh Memnet Series, Ramesses: Obsidian Heart ends the saga of the Hebrew Exodus from the point of the Egyptians. There's always two sides to a story, and this is the other side! How far would you go to save your Brother? You will see the length's Pharaoh Memnet went to to save his kin in this final installment. Next, comes the tales from the Preternatural Creatures spawned by Essence, starting with the Fae, in Gaelin: Princess of Oaths, followed by the Goblins, in Covenant Dread: The Goblin King. Excerpt: Essence quickly unsheathed his Creation Sword once more in a spray of feathers, throwing it after Cold Steel, screaming at Memnet "My Prince! You MUST hold. You must HOLD. If you breach the roof, you will let Abbadon in! The blood, the BLOOD is all he SEES! The breach will have NO BLOOD, all here will perish!" Essence roared, as the two swords clashed overhead, their blades dancing with lights that mimicked a moving rainbow, as the Creation Sword fought Cold Steel in middair. Memnet realized what he had been told by Essence, as the two swords stopped their dance of death in the air and returned to Essence. He grabbed them in either hand pointed towards the earth, reluctant to sheath his own or return the other to Gren. "It is the BLOOD that keeps Death away this night." Memnet whispered, as suddenly the screams of those throughout Goshen, joined those within the Throne Room as they watched the Books fold up on themselves and disappear with a crescendo, as Memnet summoned several buckets spaced around the room to him. They came to a halt against the salt circle, as some of the blood splashed out of the buckets against it, suspended in air. "The Blood? It cannot defeat the BLOOD." Memnet sighed in sudden understanding, kicking the salt suddenly, breaking the circle then flinging out a hand to let the spilled blood flow back into the buckets, before motioning them into the circle, as he began to chant once more, closing the circle once again with a pop. "Cold Steel!" He shouted once more as the blade again left Essence who roared in protest before Memnet looked over at his Mother and Father, telling them, "Ramesses has them. I FELT them. They are in the Palace and I am GOING to GET my BROTHER!" He shouted angrily, telling Cold Steel, "Cut me a path to Ramesses' harem rooms, kill anything that blocks our advance!" As everyone in the room screamed at him to stop at the same time. Memnet grabbed Essence by the front of his cloak, dragging him with him as the hole Cold Steel made opened with a loud clash, sweeping them into it, before it closed with a sudden cessation of all sound. Nefer-tari and Tiiute grabbed at each other screaming in true anguish as their family held them. They all were crying now, their cries joining those throughout all Egypt.
