Is there more we should know about cancer and could we do more ourselves in times of need?

Are we receiving the best treatment our doctors can possibly offer? Is chemotherapy, radiation or surgery the only answer?

This journey started some nine years ago having witnessed the loss of many loved ones to cancer.

I felt the need to educate myself and understand why now, in the 21st century, we still have below average treatment protocols that are shockingly unsuccessful in their results. I wanted to know why we have become so passively accepting of limited treatment methods and why we do not take responsibility for our own actions in life and when we are unwell.

To question cancer means to question our lifestyles and what we allow ourselves to be exposed to within our homes and the environment all around us. Simple yet effective methods for alleviating disease have been around for decades, yet the common narrative remains the same as we are all led to believe falsely that it's not possible to cure cancers, safely, long-term without causing harm. Orthodox medicine is ripping us off and yet we watch, while many suffer in pain, why?

Empowering ourselves with knowledge has far reaching benefits especially in times of illness.

The ideas and methods outlined in this book are inexpensive solutions that can be integrated into any routine. Avoiding and switching our perceptions cost nothing and can have the biggest impacts when we become conscious consumers.

Earth has always provided for us in nutrition and medicine, it is only relatively recently that we have learnt to ignore the abundance of this truly incredible world we live in.

Nature doesn't need to be modified by man, simply understood.
