Of course, that’s when she gets sucked into the tangled web of an ambitious demon lord who’s threatening to plunge the world into a war.

it was fun, and I agree, lilith should not take them back and let Gina and Morgan be there own couple.
some of my favorite parts involve Cersei, looking forward to what you do for that and curious about vlad's role. Finally I got my fingers crossed for Emily. lol

Lilith takes the spotlight!
This was a good addition to the series, we get to see some of the villains mentioned in previous books in greater depth. Lilith also goes through some soul searching and seeks to change. Lilith has a lot of problems to sort out and little time to do so before the next one arises. What's great is that these problems give Lilith the opportunity to make decisions and run the show. The next book will be awesome, everything is coming to a climax and I can't wait for Queens Gambit to hit audible! Gods, Super AI, S class supers, Magi and mundane; there is a lot of potential for conflict.

Another great entry in a very well written series
Another winner for sure though I am getting a bit tired of how useless Lilith is. I get that she is not lived all that long but still. Here we didn't see her grow very much at all it was all pretty shallow growth. Not Benjamin Medrano's best book by any stretch. The story goes back too where it started again, just please get on with the actual plot. Still worth 4 stars though.
