Excellent

I enjoy listening to and reading most of Lani Lynn Vale’s stories. Bowe and Angie’s story is a good one. Angie’s overreaction to an event was annoying, but overall the story was very good. The narrators did an excellent job differentiating the voices and performing the story. It was definitely worth a credit to me. Like a reviewer said for another book I listened to, we all have our own opinions and different tastes when it comes to the content of stories, so don’t base your choice just on reviews. Have a great day with a good book-whatever it is you choose to listen to/read!

Bowe and Angie

An amazing story. I love Bowe! It takes a special man to take on the responsibility of being a dad to someone else's child but like he said not a step dad... he is a dad. Angie and Bowe are perfection. Lani Lynn Vale never ceases to amaze me. I am so happy that Bowe got his HEA and I loved the heartwarming and beautiful way he found it. Great story!!!!

Jason Clarke and Emma Wilder did an outstanding job bring these wonderful characters to life.

Not My Favorite

I love LLV & own every single one of her audiobooks. Every once in a while one misses the mark for me and this is one of those. The book jumps around a lot from chapter to chapter & I feel like I miss a bunch of substance.

Overall, the book was good but not great.

Best of the series

I really LOvE this one! Very tragic but also a darn good story! Watching these two and what they go through. Best book in the series! Two lost souls found

(Bowen & Angie): TRIGGERS: child neglect and abandonment, Domestic Violence, kidnapping. Well, I'll say that in terms of brutality, this book was not nearly as gory or graphic as "Controlled Burn" but damn it's pretty close. Angie has had some tough times in her life and she sadly is used to men leaving her. This essentially adds the bricks needed to build a wall around her heart. Though she has a strong family in her mom, brother, sister and baby girl, she trusts no one else. Her ex was abusive and is also married to her step sister. Bowen has had some trying times as well. He's always wanted Angie but focused on her goals and her family. I loved that Angie was very strong and she did what she needed to do to take care of her daughter. I also loved that even before they were together, they were always there for each other. And OMG, BOWEN WITH A BABY…. BE STILL MY HEART… I was here for it. I didn't necessarily like the way his parents treated her but all in all, another great book.

My God this man! Jason Clarke’s voice has all the feels. And this story just made him even hotter. Im not gonna give any spoilers but will tell you if you dont buy this one you are really missing out!...😉

I love the story lines that you put in your novels. All are different and cover so many real life problems. The narrators always do a wonderful job and that helps keep me immersed.
