This book helped me understand the basics of my empathic abilities. I'm new to the awareness of categorized empathic abilities and this book brought me new knowledge of them. hard to understand her accent. I had to really pay attention cause the volume couldn't go higher. The knowledge it self was great.

I did find the info on vampires and crystals very helpful. looking for a more in depth book..
