This is a practical guide with lots of great tips for how to approach complex problems. I learned several new terms and concepts that I can put into practice right away. Each chapter is very short and follows the same template of explaining a concept, providing a real life example, listing actionable steps, and summarizing the take away. I didn't love the narrators cadence, but that could be personal preference. Overall, a solid guide!
