It lays out the road I traveled to keep going into BUD/S training and HELL Week four times until finally becoming successful. I hope it helps to inspire and grow in you a sense of perseverance, grit, and intestinal fortitude needed to help you achieve your goals in life, never give up, and to always keep pressing forward.
