The TV news is broadcasting UFOs next to Apollo 11 on the moon, above Cape Kennedy and on the White House Lawn.
Elfarth informs Jarth, his Great-grandson: “Today isn’t the first time humans traveled to the Moon."
Jarth is reluctant to believe Elfarth.
Elfarth tells Jarth the story of how he traveled to the Moon and Mars with a scientist in 1858 when he was 10 years old. And how the Martians promised they'd travel to Earth when they discovered the Human Behavior Peace Cure.
The Martians finally arrived on Earth—July 20, 1969…receiving a hostile greeting from the president of the United States of America.
Will the Mars Delegate be able to convince humans—especially the president—to receive the Human Behavior Peace Cure?
