I love to cook. Some years ago, I grew interested when I started to date my second wife, Debbie. Much of our time together for years was spent cooking wonderful meals for friends and families in our wonderful kitchen in Greenwich Village. Copper and cast iron pots and pans were everywhere. Henkel knives. Waterford china. Beautiful silverware. It was a rotating gourmet feast for one and all. It was through Debbie and her friend Margee that I was introduced to the beauty of families coming together to enjoy Christmas. Margee’s would prepare a beautiful and lovely Christmas eve Italian dinner; Debbie and our family would prepare Christmas dinner. The wine, the birds and hams and sides were a delight!
