Life can be hectic and stressful, making it hard to find peace and calm when going through a storm. Oftentimes these times can make life seem unbearable and like there is no hope. Fortunately for us, there is hope for brighter days ahead.
Praying is a powerful way to not only speak to a higher power but also to quiet your mind and focus your attention on where you are and your intentions on where you hope to be. Praying and meditating daily has the ability to increase overall mindfulness and bring a sense of calm when things feel out of control. We deserve to have peace; you deserve to have peace.
Our hope is that through these 30 prayers, you will find the strength you need to carry on and live the life that you were created to live and deserve to live. These prayers can be said out loud, in your head, or whatever is most comfortable for you. Remember, you deserve to have all the best that life has to offer. It is up to you to go and get it.
