Molly Reardon has never made it a secret to anyone including her oldest son that she wants him to settle down. She’s determined to find out what’s holding things up and before long finds herself the new owner of the sprawling apartment complex he calls home.

Now, unexpectedly, she’s finding that her son isn’t the only project on her slate and keeping her busier than she’s been in years. But when she finds out that one of her tenants has a problem Molly is intent on helping her and sets everything else on her schedule aside to do so.

Yet there is no denying that finding the perfect someone for her son is never far from her thoughts. But as Molly becomes more involved in the lives of her new friends she comes to find that she has an even more compelling goal as the owner of the large residential complex where they live. She wants her new investment to be exactly what was promised by the previous owners…not just a place to call home but a place where you could get to know your neighbors and form lasting friendships.
