Resumen del Editor

The law of attraction is based on the idea that everything in the universe has a polarity, meaning that everything - from the food you eat to the people you talk to, to the things you say to the things you think - contains either a positive or a negative kind of energy. Notice that being with people who complain or rant a lot tends to make you feel bad, even though you're not exactly experiencing what they're going through - that's the law of attraction working its magic. When you focus on negative stuff, then more negative stuff will happen to you. On the other hand, when you focus on positive stuff, then more positive stuff will happen to you.

Fortunately, there is a way to manipulate the law of attraction and make it work for you: by changing your beliefs, using the power of positive affirmation. Positive affirmations give you a fresh pair of eyes to see the world and therefore give you courage to achieve a lot of things you never knew were possible.

Negative thoughts come to mind with some phrases

Glad I listened to this first. Several phrases he used bothered me.

"I am thankful to be alive." First thought that popped in my mind when hearing that was death (and it is said in kind of a creepy tone too which does not help). A simple "thank you for my life" would have been more appropriate.

"I have fears but I have enough courage to face all those." Do they need to be reminded of that during a positive affirmation? He also talks of making mistakes and the troubles they are bound to have.....Now I realize that our children will have fears and face challenges but no need to remind so clearly. Part of it is the order of the phrase. "I can face all of my fears" is a phrase that is a lot more positive then reinforcing "I have fears BUT...." right in the beginning of a sentence. Overall his choice of phrases and word order is lacking.

I also did not like the "I will Obey my parents Will" phrase. Ick! Seriously reminded me of horror show movies of over-dominating, abusive parents. Again.....felt creepy. "I will listen to my parents as they have my best interest at heart." or "I will be polite to my parents etc." would have been much more appropriate. Pass on this one.
