Really enjoyed these Affirmations

I'm a huge fan of positive affirmations and I really enjoyed these. The tone and voice were soothing and the words and postive affirmations create a positive mind space for growth and self discovery. I liked that they audio book had three different variations. I do wish it was a bit longer but I did enjoy it for what it provided.

The narrator has an extremely soothing voice, and this was empowering to listen to. It was a little short though!
