In this transformative memoir, Lisa Ceizyk takes you on her messy, funny, heartbreaking, and inspiring journey of recalibrating her soul and reshaping her body to finally believing she is worth it.
When Dr. Death gave her the shocking news at 33-years-old that she was destined to die young, she made it her mission to prove his fateful prediction wrong. She endured six years of infertility treatments including 11 embryo transfers on the path to the birth of her baby girl. She refused to let that little girl face a motherless future. After hard work and many leaps of faith to reach her goal of losing 80lbs, she began to drown the demons beneath each layer she shed.
From there began her incredible and surprising journey of healing every aspect of life until finally, she stepped into her true self. Her darkest hours were unlikely gifts in disguise, but her faith grew through each hardship amid the chaos of two life changing moves across the country and countless heartaches.
She learned her tears were portal tears...the kind that would transport you to become the woman God created you to be when you face your deepest wounds and truly heal.

Awesome book and narration by author
I read the ebook already. But when I found out the author narrated the audiobook herself, I wanted to listen. I enjoyed the audiobook even more. The author is very passionate about the topic, and you can hear it through every word she says. She is funny and an entertaining storyteller, too.
It’s like a best girlfriend telling you the ups and downs in her own life, and inspiring you to do better also. After you listen to her journey, you’ll believe you can lose weight and accomplish your dreams as well!
Highly recommend buying the audiobook!
