Playing for Keeps

Tawny is a driven woman. Fiercely independent, she managed to raise four very strong, determined children on her own. With them all grown, making their own choices, her focus becomes her business and her people once more. But when she starts getting blackmailed, and one of her children is seriously injured, all that she has struggled to build is jeopardized. A 30- year -old secret threatens to destroy all her life’s work. With her secret unravelling, Tawny’s life takes a dark path that could destroy her family and the people she loves. She’ll either have to give it all up and give in, or someone will have to pay the ultimate price. But Tawny is not one to give up easily. She vows to do whatever it takes to protect them all. Even if it means giving up her own happiness to do it, though her instincts warn her even they may not be enough. So, like her children before her, she gambles it all.
