Cute. A little too sweet.

The story was cute. Fun to follow their love but it was too neat and overly sweet. Mills spice.

Kevin & Curtis do a beautiful job in making this book come to life. There is no over narration just simply put beautifully done. What a great way to enjoy a low angst story that just has you smiling from start to finish.


Now, this is how you do a single dad romance! Where yes, there is some hesitation but not to hinder the developing relationship. Nico is one of those guys who are all in from the getgo and make Jason able to move forward at his own pace. Then the kiddos they are as big as part of the story as the relationship, and for me, that's the way a single dad romance should be. Kids are a major part of their lives and should be. Without their support, this relationship couldn't have worked as beautifully as it did. It's such a beautiful story.

Perfection; charming, sexy, delightful with HEA

I wish this type of happy meet-to-marriage for every lonely gay guy.... this is so charming, so delightful, even with children in the mix, this is a beautiful, easy, no angst story that just made my heart happy. If you need some gentle, lovely, happy in your ears, this will do it.

Heartwarming Romance

Nico and Jason are a terrific couple, who complete each other. All of the characters in this book were real, relatable and likable. Especially the children, they added so much to Nico and Jason's story.

The author did a wonderful job creating these characters and their world.

The narrators did a good job, giving voice to these characters.

Sweet as pie!

It was so fun hearing Nico and Jason brought to life! Curtis and Kevin are a great team :)
