Hidden blessings of awareness

Judi‘s book captivated me from the onset. It is an engaging narrative of Judi’s life, which led her to a deep discovery of love and forgiveness,. So often I found myself anxiously awaiting the next event or realization, in much in the same way I would an anticipate an exciting plot.

I listened to the audiobook, and it felt like Judi was there with me in person, sharing the events of her life and her words of wisdom. Her expressions and the inlections in her voice really brought the book to life.

The way Judi clearly portrayed not only the experiences she had, but also the feelings, emotions and questions surrounding them, allowed me to relate her story to my own life. This, in turn, opened my eyes to something I had not yet been aware of, and has encouraged me on my own journey of inquiry and development.

It is a great book for self-awareness and discovery, complete with advice and tools that are down to earth and simple to do.

Judi shows us the way to open our heart so that we can remain in love, and not get caught up in negative thoughts and stories. This allows us to perceive all the beauty around us, and live a life of joy.
