Everyone has issues and experiences that deeply affect their lives. Some are good, some bad, but all of them combine to make each person who they are on any given day. Author Lynn Bryant has achieved this delicate task in her debut collection of poetry, Peeling Myself a Soul.
Running the gamut of emotions from deep pain to uplifting joy, Peeling Myself a Soul is a collection of 50 poems infused with an overwhelming sense of love and personal growth. Held together by a clear-cut emotional procession, this collection follows the writer’s journey through life, offering her musings on family, relationships and love. Fantastic
Once I started to listen and then feel the words, I couldn't stop. I found so many similarities to my own experiences, I actually felt as if the author was retelling one of my personal experiences.
Dress so tight, stepping out tonight, no food in the fridge. "man I know that well!".
