Help with my racing thoughts

I listened to this because I was tired of my brain racing every night before bed. The narrator had a calm voice that made it easy to follow along, and the practical exercises genuinely helped me quiet down my busy thoughts so I could get to sleep faster. A Great Listen

All my life I have struggled with overthinking which has led me to a lot of grief and struggles. This audiobook broke things down into steps that are very doable and leave me feeling calm. The author provided tools that were super helpful, but not too clinical. It's like having that calm, peaceful reminder of what to do next. Definitely something I will listen to again when I start to feel overwhelmed by life. Highly recommend!
