Both Payback Time and Rule 1 where really good. The narrator is enthusiastic which makes me interested. He also gives a step by step approach which is easy to understand.

Great book

Lots of info in this step by step guide to a investing strategy that sounds reasonable. Narrater is horrible he sound like the weather warning guy very monotone.

Great Addition to the First Book

I loved Rule #1, but as a beginner it took me a while to connect all the dots. Payback Time was the perfect follow-up to help me solidify the old concepts and add some new ones as well. PBT also translated a little better into audible format, I felt.

the idea stockpile makes you feel much better when in down market because you can build your portfolio in a much lower price

Narrator is fine at 2x

Content is great, although a bit dated. The narrator is fine if you run at 1.5x or 2x speed

Overall the book is a great book, no doubt! Once you invest your time and follow the actionable pointers you could do well in any market.
